Hello! :) My name is Rylee, I have been working for the Allen ISD afterschool program for 5 years as a site coordinator. Prior to this, I worked as a summer camp counselor teaching horseback riding to elementary aged children. The program I work for now has aided in my understanding of child development through various trainings. I am equipped with activity planning skills, as I have incorporated the City of Allen curriculum into my program to encourage education through play. I am interested in a nannying job, because I desire the ability to create a special, closer relationship with fewer children.
