I have a background in education and childcare. I graduated West Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, and a focus in teaching math/science in 2016. I have taken classes in child development and have over 100 hours in childcare training. My experience includes afterschool programs, daycares, tutoring, foster homes, summer camps, and public school classrooms in three different states. I have experience working with large classes of over 25 children, as well as working one-on-one. I am CPR and first-aid certified. I believe in a "child-first' method of childcare where self-esteem is key and children learn and play to discover their own self, and their impact on their friends, teachers, and family. I strive to be a caregiver that can create comfort and trust in parents, who are trusting me with their most important possessions.
