Hello, my name is Letarchia Durham I worked at Mexia State Supported Living Center from 1997-2010. I work with individuals that had special needs from complete care to minimal supervision. The experience I have in this area is that I assisted in dressing, hygiene care, meal prep, cleaning, training, transportation and safety. I also worked as a Day Hab Supervisor I hire and train staff, provide staff supervision, handle conflicts between clients, perform client assessments, write treatment plans and complete program and staff reviews.
