Hello! My name is Tahj short for Tahjinae. I've been babysitting and working with children for 4+ years. I currently work for a boys a girls and club as a Youth Development Specialist and I love my job. Working with the kids day in and day out have been such a rewarding job. It's amazing to watch the kids I've worked with for years grow and build relationships with them. Because it is only a part-time job I cannot stay unfortunately. I'm currently looking for something more stable and long term. I’m comfortable caring for multiple children. While working at BGC, I was responsible for 15-20 kids at once and did not have any problems. My job required constant active supervision, encouragement and engagement and the safety and happiness of my kids reflected my ability to not only do my job but build relationships with them individually as well.
