Hello! My name is Karli Putman. I am 19 years old and currently enrolled full time in school to earn my masters in mathematics. When I'm not working hard to earn my degree, I work in an accredited child care facility called Bright Horizons. I've worked there for about five months. After my second week working with the children, I was promoted to the Lead Teacher of the two year old program. With this I learned and became responsible for the toileting of children, feedings, lesson planning, and implementation. I enjoy all age groups, and I prefer to use positive reinforcement with all of my students. Because I work in a child care facility, I have become accustomed to working with as many as nine children at a time without assistance. I have dedicated my spare time when not completing school work to adding to the curriculum for my two year olds, giving them as many opportunities as possible to thrive and learn.
