I recently moved to Austin from Chicago where I had been working as a Substitute Teacher and Nanny. I have been taking care of children, newborns and infants of all ages since I was 12 years old. My experiences range from mother's helper, camp counselor, full-time nanny, daycare employee and substitute teacher. I am CPR and First Aid certified and a licensed driver, although I do not own my own vehicle. Although I do not have formal training, I do have experience with sleep-training and I am also a DONA trained labor support doula. I am currently employed with KIPP Austin as well as Austin Independent School District as a substitute teacher. This means I have a lot of flexibility and am able to accommodate different family schedules.
