I am an elementary school teacher (certified in Early Childhood-5th grade in KY; previously certified EC-6th grade Bilingual Ed in Texas) and I absolutely love working with children. I started babysitting for family members at a young age and have had many paid babysitting opportunities over the last 15+ years. I have three nephews (ages 11, 6, and 3 years) and three nieces (ages 9 yrs, 2 yrs, and 6 mos.) and have helped care for all of them since from the time they were born. In my 6 years of teaching, I have taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. As a pre-service teacher, I taught in PreK and 2nd grade classrooms. I am a certified ESL teacher and am available to work with Spanish-speaking families, as well.
