I am a 24 y/o male in grad school training to become an Occupational Therapist with concentrations in pediatrics. I have volunteered in pediatric settings and early child intervention prior to admittance. In college I was a member of College Mentors For Kids and Best Buddies. I have babysat my niece and my cousins children over the years. I am First Aid and CPR certified. I chose OT because it is more hollistic, intimate and helps people with their every day living. As a student, I rely on loan money and any extra income helps. Additionally, getting experience with kids while I'm in school is not only beneficial, but also fun! I am a big kid myself which kids respond to really well.
