While I have not had a babysitting job before, I have worked with large amounts of kids in multiple contexts before. In high school I was heavily involved in our Peer-Assisted Learning program in which I worked with ages 4-10, teaching them a positive "character word" (Integrity, Sharing, Kindness) each week. Also, through this experience I had the opportunity to work one-on-one with a "target pal", a kid that needed some extra attention due to their struggle-filled school-life or home-life circumstances. In addition to PALs, I have also helped with Vacation Bible School at my church and other local churches for multiples years. While I do not have First Aid or CPR certification, if this is a must for you, I am more than willing to obtain it.
