I am a career nanny and Newborn Care Specialist with over 25 years of experience providing exceptional, attentive care to children from infancy through school age. I am known for my calm, professional demeanor, strong intuition with children, and ability to seamlessly integrate into private family environments with discretion and reliability. Over the past 15 years as a full-time nanny, I have supported a wide range of family dynamics, including nanny shares, high-demand households with up to six children, and specialized care for infant triplets. I also provide professional childcare support for private events such as weddings, holiday gatherings, and church functions. As a trained Newborn Care Specialist, I bring extensive experience in overnight care, sleep conditioning, feeding schedules, and guiding parents through the early stages of newborn development. I am confident managing routines that promote healthy sleep habits and overall well-being. My academic background in Family and Child Development, Read more with a minor in Psychology, allows me to approach childcare with a thoughtful, developmentally informed perspective. I take pride in maintaining a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, trust, and confidentiality. I am highly adaptable, proactive, and committed to supporting both children and parents with excellence.

Mary is truly wonderful! She has been such a blessing to our family in caring for our little girl. She is always punctual, communicative, and easy to get along with. It is clear that she loves working with children and is very knowledgeable. She has helped with many milestones for our baby. Our little girl is always so excited to see her each morning. If I could give Mary 10 stars, I would.
