Hi! I have been working with kids for over 8 years. I started with babysitting family and friends little ones (ages 6 months-12 years), where I found my love of working with kids. I then worked as a class and camp assistance at a dance studio (ages 18 months-8 years) for a couple of years. This involved running class, supervising craft projects, and ensuring the safety of the kids, as well as having fun! I’m currently running a little ones dance program (2 years-6 years) in Cedar Park, where I build the curriculum teaching movement, rhythm, and creative motion. I also have spent time interning in elementary schools through Texas State: 2 semesters in 1st grade, 1 semester in 4th grade and 1 semester in PE (3rd, 4th, and 5th). When interning I have done a large variety of things, ranging from leading lessons, helping kids one on one, supervising Read more PE activities/recess, and organizing behind the scenes. I also have experience tutoring elementary aged kids in all subjects outside the classroom. I graduated in December 2020 from Texas State with my EC-6th grade Education Degree and I am a certified ESL Texas Educator. Over the last four years, I have been babysitting consistently for a few different families (kiddos aging 3 months to 8 years old) off of Sittercity and have enjoyed every experience. I really enjoy working with kids because of their wide eye curiosity and excitement. I absolutely love arts and crafts and have many fun learning and exploring activities up my shelve! I'm very excited for new opportunities and to help out in anyway possible!
