Hello, A littlest bio of myself, I'm 22 and last year I had made a big move and came to Texas from California. while in California I was able to have tons of childcare experience. I spent a year in 2019 working with my mother in a Montessori with ages newborn to 1 year olds. After that I moved to a daycare where I got to work with all ages. Mainly I got to stay with the 3-4 year olds and learn so many things I never knew about children. while working at the daycare the parents and I created great relationships and gave me an opportunity to babysit during weekends!

Tiffany applied to our position. She did communicate initially and then when contacted her for a video interview, there was no answer. We attempted facetime and sent a text message but received an automated message stated my sms message to her was blocked. There was no communication/updates from her. We waited about 20min. Unfortunately we took time out of our day to interview a candidate looking for a job. We wish her best of luck and hope things can be different.
