Hello everyone! My name is Sarah and I am a recent college graduate from North Carolina. After getting my Bachelor’s in Business Management, I decided to move to Austin to further pursue my education - this time in International Education! In my free time I love spending time outdoors (especially hiking), exploring the great food this city has to offer, and I am an avid baker as well! As for my experience with kids, I have had the opportunity to work with children of many ages. Throughout college, I spent two years as a nanny for a family with an infant which I absolutely loved. I loved being able to connect with the child and watch her grow! My job during the week is at an elementary school where I work with kids in the after-school program. I am most comfortable working with children under the age of 7, although I am more than happy to consider jobs with older kids as well. My job at the school has also taught me to effectively multitask and provide care to multiple children, so I am comfortable with jobs that involve more than one child as well. Pets in the house are always a plus as well! My current schedule makes for ideal babysitting jobs to be weekday mornings (8am-noon), late weekday evenings (7pm-midnight), and any time on Saturday/Sunday. I am usually very flexible with my time and am happy to work with you as best as I can to make sure your child gets the care they need. I am also fully vaccinated (COVID and otherwise).
