Kayla is the perfect fit. Her experience with her family is definitely the most valuable background we could ask for. She is charming, enthusiastic, and just in general impressive. Our kids don't usually open up to anyone very well and they right away wanted to give her a tour of the house and all. When first meeting her she gave some book recommendations to the kids and they checked out 27 books from the library in the same week because of her. Kayla is well rounded and just great!
