Hi! My name is Ava, and I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. I'm currently at ACC for sustainable agriculture because I love all things outdoors. About 3 years ago I started nannying a 2 year old girl, and we quickly became very close friends. I love to show children the wonders of the outdoors, instead of letting them constantly be staring at screens (some screen time is perfectly fine, I do it too). I've found that when kids get outdoors and adventure around, they are much happier by the end of the day. I also love to teach children about arts and crafts, when I was 15 I threw an art camp for kids in my neighborhood and showed them different mediums such as paint, clay, drawing, color mixing, jewelry making, and more.
