I started working with kids in high school. In a PALS program that would connect high school students with elementary kids. In this program we would help build up the children's self esteem by mentoring them. I also had a payed internship through the city of Austin, as a summer camp instructor with 4-6-year-olds via zoom during the pandemic. Recently last year, I was a substitute teacher for daycares, caring for 8-month-olds all up to 5-year-olds. In my spare time, if I'm done with my school work I would prefer to spend my time outside. Going on hikes, walking my dogs, inside activities I enjoy watching movies, reading, and going to the gym. My skills include being very patient. I've worked in the food industry it taught me to work through frustrating situations calmly.
