Hi everyone! š Iām new here and wanted to introduce myself! My name is Lauren ā Iām a certified strength and conditioning coach working with high school and youth athletes here in Austin. I also have a lot of experience caring for kids of all ages, including children with special needs (autism, Down syndrome, developmental delays, etc). In high school I was involved in PALS, worked as a student teacher in a special needs classroom, and taught a special needs dance class. Iām looking to pick up some occasional or part-time babysitting and would love to help any families who might need extra hands this summer or beyond!
