I have 2 grandchildren; 10 yr old boy and a 13 yr old girl. I kind of miss it when they were little and we could play and learn about what they were interested in doing. I loved to read to them and make up stories and repeat them each time we were together continuing to add on to character development. Counting and learning numbers is a fun game as well. I am a knitter and teaching children how to knit with their fingers can be pretty funny! My daughter calls me the "Granola Nana", because I like nature and making neat things out of what we find in the yard. I love animals, too. I have a Sheltie and an old cat that still sleeps at the end of my bed. I would like to be a special Nana to a child again. My work history is as a Read more caregiver to the Senior population and I have enjoyed that tremendously, but I think I'm ready for a change. Thanks for your time and would love to hear from you.
