Hello! I am the eldest of 4 and used to babysit the younger three almost daily. They're all grown up now, but they used to love when I got to babysit them. We would always do some kind of fun activity that encouraged the use of imagination and creativity, like arts and crafts or we'd play school or other make-believe games or go to the park that was near us. When it was getting close to bed time, I would make sure everyone cleaned up after themselves and I would always like to make sure the house was more clean than when our mom left. In addition, I have a great grasp on the developmental needs of children of all ages. I would make a great babysitter/nanny, pet sitter and/or house keeper. Even from a young age, I've always had a good parental instinct and have always been clean and Read more organized. I am patient and understanding and capable of handling all the different emotions that come up in children at any given time. I am also a fairly good cook, and can prepare a good, healthy meal when needed. I am very comfortable with pets and would not mind caring for them as well. I recently had my first baby, who is 4 months old now. It would be wonderful if I am able to bring him along with me as I am a single mom and do not have a babysitter of my own and would prefer not to put him in daycare just yet. As I stated above, though, I have taken care of multiple kids at once, and would feel completely comfortable doing so again, as long as you are comfortable too, of course. I do have my own vehicle with plenty of seating so I would be able to run errands or take the kids to school or pick them up, whatever needs to be done. I am very easy going, responsible and punctual. I would be happy to help your family in any way needed.
