I have been helping and working in childcare for a little over 11 years. I believe that is a trait I inherited from my mother. I have a huge heart, and I love working with children. Part of what makes me good at my job is the years of experience I have working with all sorts of children, some with special needs and disabilities, and some with a load of energy. I think one of the reasons I love working with children the most, is because it gives me a chance to personally invest in the life of another human being and build them up. However, childcare is not all I do.
