Hello! My name is Nadia and I am a recent graduate of Southwestern University with a degree in kinesiology. I am a long time athlete who loves the outdoors, being active, and all things health and wellness. I also love kids (of course!), and have worked in a mothers-day-out day care with children aging 14 months to 5 years. My mother is a pre school teacher so helping her out in the classroom is also something I love doing! I know that kiddos going back to school (virtual or in person) can be hard on parents during this time, so I am happy to help out in any way I can.
