I come from a large extended family and was exposed to babysitting (whether I was interested or not) since I was at least 10 years old. I started taking paid babysitting jobs around 14 and actually spent some time as a part time nanny for a family from 18 - 20. I was even paid to go on trips with them so that I could take care of their little ones. I haven't done much paid child care as an adult although I have always been available to help watch my friends kids when they need. I also have a huge passion for nutrition and cooking. I have an 18 month old daughter and I make all of her food including snacks. I love making healthy food for kids and encouraging kids to eat healthy. I am only available to help a few hours a week during the day and Read more not available on weekends. As I mentioned before, I have an 18 month old daughter and she would have to come along for the journey. I am really looking to help alleviate the pressure on stay at home moms that are also working from home to help them get some dedicated work time in without the distractions of their little ones. As I said, my daughter and I are a packaged duo which means she would be attending with me to any job. I used to work full time in an office where I was allowed to bring my daughter, I can fully appreciate how hard it is to work with an itsy bitsy running around, being who they are. You can become so frustrated with both work and your baby that you don't feel as though you are being fair to either one. I can give you a few hours to help zone in so that you can give more time to you little one.
