I have made arrangement with Anne - Sophie for a date night while visiting San Antonio. Specified upfront, that we will be at a hotel. She took the job, and then cancelled a night before, on a condition that "my husband does not feel comfortable at all to let me babysit your kids at a hotel". We had to rush and find someone else last minute because had reservations already made. Overpayed, too. Bad business practices.
