Hello!!! My name is Julie, I am 19 years old, and I am currently attending Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi for the second year, as a Psychology Major. I am wanting to specialize in counseling and/or social work. I have 3 younger siblings, and I have essentially had a huge part of their upbringing. Because of my two youngest siblings, I am thankful to have learned how to truly take care of child from a newborn. I am always the first call for family members when it comes to needing childcare, definitely before the other young ladies my age in my family. I would say I definitely have the motherly instinct for children, even this young! It's just a way of talking to a child, understanding them, paying attention to them, and making them into wholesome and kind people. I am currently in school what is considered full time, but I do believe it is still a suitable schedule for a perfect job like childcare. I do have a vehicle and a drivers license. I was a very active health science student all throughout high school, so I was CPR & First Aid certified for 3 years straight. I never needed my certification after high school so sadly it expired, but nonetheless I do know, and am willing to get recertified.
