Hi! I am a graduating senior at the University of Houston, and I am a psychology major. I am planning to pursue a Ph.D. in Child Psychology. I love children and enjoy spending time with them and helping them figure out how to express themselves creatively speaking. This is why, I am super passionate about the different creative therapy techniques that include music, art, dance, etc. I am bilingual, so I speak Kannada (an Indian Language) fluently. (But I also understand Hindi and Telugu well). I have worked as a Mathnasium tutor for two years where I worked with children between the ages of 5-15 and I have been an assistant Dance teacher for Nritya Dance Academy where I helped teach Bharatanatyam (a form of classical Indian Dance) to students between the ages of 5-9. I love dogs and cats and am a huge fan of all animals (except bugs Read more and reptiles)! My favorite color is purple and I love all Disney songs. I think I get along with a lot of children mainly because I'm a child at heart myself. :)
