We used Keyana services over the busy holiday season when we traveled out of town and a month later when we were out of town again. Keyana relieved Grandma in the evenings and assisted in care of an infant and toddler over the holidays. She assisted our Aunt in evening care and bedtime. Both times we used Keyana she did a wonderful job and followed any instructions that were given to her for care of children. Grandma and Aunt thought Keyana was attentive and has a wonderful personality. The children enjoyed spending time with her. We will definitely continue to use her for care of our children when we need to travel or just need a night out.

Keyana was the best sitter anyone could ask for. This was our first time using a sitter, and she was amazing with our kids. There aren’t enough words to describe how she made the whole experience bearable. She was attentive to detail, communicated with us and overall our son loved her. Keyana has been great with our kids! We have a strong-willed son who’s 4.5 years old and an infant daughter going on 9 months. They were not easy the first time Keyana watched them (the baby was teething and had trouble sleeping) but Keyana handled it so well. She’s also been great at redirecting our son. He definitely gets emotional at saying goodbye to mama, but shortly after that he was already focused on looking at books with her and things were good! She’s been back again and we’re looking forward to her sitting again for us next month. Excited to have found a good babysitter for our kiddos!

Keyana arrived 20min early which was a pleasant surprise. Asked all the right questions in our interview (food allergies, approved snacks, bed-time routine, etc.). Was professional and kiddos had a great time. 10/10 will use again!

Keyana is great with my infant and my 5 yo old son. She is very reliable and we have been so happy to find her. My son looks forward to her visit. She has a very calm manner with the kids and knows how to keep my energetic son entertained.

Keyana is a very sweet person, professional, and great with kids. Today I needed a sitter really early because my boys were home from school and I had to get to work. She showed up on time, though it was raining, and made sure that the boys were active all day even though they couldn’t go outside because of the rain. She came up with creative games with the boys and did far more than just let them play on their iPads. Many thanks, Keyana!

Keyana was awesome! Very nurturing and kind to our little toddler. Was on time and excellent communication with both parents and our son. Would definitely use again and your child would be well-taken care of under Keyana’s loving supervision.

Keyana was wonderful with our little girl. They warmed up to each other very quickly! She was very interactive and intentional, which we appreciated. Although she was a couple of minutes late sometimes, she was great. Highly recommend!

Keyana is absolutely great! To start with, she set up a zoom call, so all the details , questions and needs of my little one were discussed in advance. When she arrived, she knew how to interact with my daughter so that she forgot all about me in 5 mins, once Keyana started reading a book. I was not expecting to leave the house without my daughter crying, but thanks to Keyana she was playing and had a great time the entire evening! My daughter was actually looking for her in the morning, how nice is that??

Keyana was eager to help out last minute and my daughter absolutely adored her!! Keyana was punctual and kind. I would recommend her 100%!

Keyana was great! she was on time and kept me updated though the evening when watching my children. My kids said they liked her, and she was able to get my 4 year old to sleep. He notoriously will try to con sitters to let him stay up later and she got him to sleep at normal bedtime! Would recommend her!

Keyana is such a great nanny ! I was initially very nervous when I had to go back to work because I had never hired a nanny before. And it is so nerve-wracking trying to find someone who you can trust in your house with your kids. I feel very fortunate that I was able to find Keyana. She laid all of my fears to rest. My 6 yr old loved her from the moment she stepped foot into the house, and my 10 month old warmed up to her already by day 2. Now, he crawls as fast as he can to the front door whenever she arrives. She is relaxed and comfortable around children, and they can tell. She is also very good at communication, from the beginning during the interview process and during active childcare. Our family loves Keyana and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny.

We hired Keyana in May of 2020 to help us with our 11 months old son, and from the day one she proved herself as an experienced, responsible, and a patient nanny. Patience was of utmost importance, since she was a first nanny for our son at the age when kids start recognizing the family and outsiders.
