With over two years of hands-on childcare experience and a strong educational foundation in early childhood development, I am passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. My journey began at the Early Childhood program at Townview Magnet Center, where I gained in-depth knowledge of child development, learning strategies, and classroom management. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with children of various ages, helping them thrive through thoughtful care and personalized learning. My leadership role as a Director at a learning center further strengthened my skills in team coordination, curriculum planning, and building meaningful relationships with families. I bring patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of children’s developmental needs to every interaction. Whether I’m leading a classroom, supporting fellow educators, or creating new learning experiences, I’m dedicated to making a positive impact in every child’s life.
