My name is De'Lesia McFarland, Im 18 years old. I am currently just looking for a temporary job until I find a more permanent one. Previously I worked in retail that is all I know and have done since I've been able to work. I am very dedicated, honest, caring and have a love for kids. Before retail I cared for 2 little boys in Southern Illinois, which is were I moved from before coming to Texas. The couple were church friends and also my mom cleaned for them. I also have experience with kids by have a niece and nephew both who I hold very dear to me. I take care of them when I go visit and stay. I also volunteered inside my previous church home day care, caring for up to 10 kids at a time from toddlers to infants. I do not have any kids of Read more my own but I treat others as if they were mine and family. I really love kids, but I know one day I dont plan to have my own cause my dreams involve traveling, going back to school and majoring in fashion and design. I am self efficient, pay attention to details, observant, organized and have so many gifts/ skills to offer. When worked last I left my job (JcPenney Oct. 21st 2016- January 13th 2018) because of the environment around me and the people I worked with, all they cared about were themselves. There were no team efforts, communication or anything for that matter. Plus I transferred from the one back home and I was passionate and loved doing what I did and dealing with people and customers and I lost my passion. My drive was gone. I am a people person, I impact others and love it. I know if I was hired youd see that and wouldnt regret it. I have a sense of cleaningness and know how to do so much more. I don't mind doing whatever needs to be done.
