I'm a 19 year old student at UT Austin that loves to cook and explore the city of Austin and Dallas. So if there are times the kids may want to get out of the house they will definitely enjoy all the sights to see close to home. If I'm not exploring I am either having game nights, watching movies, or listening to music with my friends. The reason I love babysitting is because you get to spend quality time with the kids and watch a bond blossom. Then give the parents the needed helping hands that takes some weight off of their shoulders. To me this isn't just a sitter position because the experiences I take from spending time with the kids I will also take into my career path. I would like to pursue a career in pediatrics and caring for kids is such a rewarding thing to Read more do. I previously have only babysat an 8 year old for 3 months on a weekly basis along with a toddler family member but none outside of familial relations. I am comfortable caring for younger children as long as the parent is comfortable. I have been Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED certified since 2020 and plan to renew my certification by the fall.
