Hi! My name is Kayci and I am a graduate student at Texas State. I have a degree in psychology and will be pursuing a master's degree in human development & family sciences so I can one day work as a Child Life Specialist. When I am caring for children I encourage them to spend more time playing and using their imagination. I have worked as an After School Program teacher (K-8th), a dance teacher (Ages 3-14 years), and as an assistant teacher at a daycare (Ages 4 months-4 years). I also have clinical experience where I interacted with hospitalized children. I engaged in lots of one on one sessions with patients that ranged from 3 months to 8 years old.
