I grew up with 3 younger siblings, I am the 2nd oldest of 5. Because of 2 parents that worked full time I was usually the one held responsible for watching the children. I started taking care of my two youngest brothers when I was 10 and I've been doing it ever since. I like to say I raised them, I changed diapers, fed them, bathed them, put them to sleep and upheld every other responsibility I was given as the big brother . I have a natural love for children and an experience that can't be learned, but only shown to through years of time spent growing up in a big family.
