Hello parents! My name is Lela. I am back home in Dripping Springs after just graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas! I received my masters degree in speech-pathology and am planning to begin my career as a speech therapist. I will be moving out-of-state in mid-July and am hoping to babysit to save up some extra money. I have been working with children for 7 years! I have worked as a babysitter, as a nanny, at a daycare, at summer camps, and as a dance teacher. Also, throughout graduate school, I practiced as a speech therapist for infants, children, and adults. I worked at a hospital with infant and childhood feeding/swallowing and have worked as an SLPA at multiple elementary schools. These experiences have made me very comfortable and responsible when working with children. I consider myself to be very energetic and positive!
