Ive loved babysitting since i first started around age 10 because it gave me a chance to help out with the community. My first job was with a 8 month old, Lesley. Her mom was a successful business owner so she could not be there every day like she wanted to. Thats where I came in, I'd get Lesley dressed in the morning, feed her, play with her or let her watch tv, as well as the occasional diaper change. After that I babysat my friends younger sibblings or my own younger sibblings. All of which were very happy with my services. Then I went into teaching, my mother opened her own day care and I became her lead teacher, I'd help out with snacktime, nap time and helping the kids learn numbers, letters, ect. I always communicate if the child had any problems or if the child behaved.
