Hi! I'm Haylee, and I am seeking a part-time, long-term position with a loving and down-to-earth family in the Fort Worth area. I am most interested in working for new parents who want a nanny to grow with their child(ren) in their early years, but I am open to other opportunities. If you are looking for an attentive, engaging, and experienced childcare provider, please read on! Background Information: I am 31 years old, married (6 years), and the "mom" of 3, formerly stray and crazy dogs. My husband, a pilot, and I have lived in Fort Worth since 2019. Since graduating with a B.S. in Education in 2012, I have been privileged to teach Spanish to children ages 3-18, earned a Masters degree in counseling, taught group fitness classes, and nannied for many wonderful families with children ranging in age from 2 weeks to 17 years. My childcare experience includes Read more families with twins as well as children with varying intellectual and physical abilities. When I am not working, I enjoy walking our dogs, cooking nutritious meals, reading, going on outings with my little sister (from the Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring program), and spending time with my husband. When I started considering career options after five years of classroom teaching, I knew that I wanted to work with children in an environment where development (social, emotional, academic, and creative) is a top priority. It did not take long for me to think back to my experiences as a family nanny and the joy I felt as as childcare provider. One of my favorite aspects of nannying is the individual attention that is provided to a family's children, helping them to discover their strengths and guiding them to develop the skills necessary to thrive in today's world. You can count on me to provide a structured schedule full of engaging, screen-free activities that foster curiosity, movement, creativity, and a love of learning. I also love to sing, dance, and be silly with kids, so there will be a lot of that, too! As your family's nanny, you can also expect to have a clean and organized home on a daily basis. Nap times are the perfect time to help out with household tasks such as housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and tidying up. I am also happy to run errands for families and provide exceptional pet care for families with furry kids. It brings me a great deal of joy to know that I have made life easier for a family, reducing stress and freeing up time for parents to spend with their children.

Haylee is wonderful. She's been babysitting my two children (5) and (2) for the past few months and it has been awesome. She's creative and fun, but also uses discipline and rules properly. Always on time, with a smile on her face. I highly recommend her!
