We reached out to Rachel after sending a really great message. She seemed eager to set up a time to talk. The first date and time we set she never called. Later that day, I messaged her on here and asked if she would like to reschedule. She replied that she had lost a family member and would not be available for some time. We felt bad and understood that terrible things happen in life. She reached out again a few days later and said that she would still like to connect if we want. We set up another meeting that weekend and again Rachel did not call. We have to draw the line with no-call/no-shows once it happens a second time.
