My name is Hope Thelander, and I am a newly graduated pharmacist transitioning from my residency to a new chapter in Fort Worth, TX. Originally from Hastings, NE, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Hastings College. I then pursued my Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions in Omaha, NE. Following my significant other’s match to a Family Medicine residency at John Peter Smith Hospital, we will be making Fort Worth our home for the next four years. Although I don't have children of my own yet, I am a devoted aunt to my niece (5 years old) and nephew (7 years old), whom I adore and miss dearly. My love for spending time with them has inspired me to offer babysitting services while I am in Fort Worth. Despite not holding a babysitting certificate, I bring extensive healthcare training to Read more the table, including certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). My training often overlaps with that of physicians, and I have gained valuable insights through my significant other’s medical education.
