Hello! My name is Hayley Spicer-Kendall and I am 21 year old Student. I am current attending Texas State University in San Marcos for Interdisciplinary Studies K-6th with a minor in art. I am really passionate about children and making sure they are safe and having fun! I love the arts, whether it be painting, drawing, photography, acting, etc... I am always trying to get my children I am watching to at least try these fun activities. I also love to be outside and go on field trips. This helps get the children outside and see what our world has to offer, even if its only a silly movie. I have also been involved in PALs and Bobcat buddies which are programs designed for older students to work with younger students who either need help with friends or school or have had a really rough life. Other past experience I Read more have in working with children is being a camp counselor for the past 4 years. I loved being able to have a larger group of children playing along side me each day. This also helped me gain experience in working with multiple children at one time (8-10 children per group). I am a very bubbly person and I try my best to make sure everyone is having a fun and amazing time. I am very responsible and organized in my work and in my life. I am certified in CPR and First Aid and have also had lifeguard classes. All in all I love working with children and making sure they have the best time with me as I can provide. They truly are a gift that need to be cherished and kept safe.
