Hi! My name is Alli, I’m a current freshman at the university of Tennessee majoring in Nursing with a minor in Child and Family Studies. I’m 18 turning 19 during the summer. I have a 7 year old little sister and have sitted for her for years now and recently have worked at a daycare where the majority of childcare experience comes from. I have babysat for multiple families around my home and absolutely love children. I choose my minor because I’m hoping to be a Pediatric or Neonatal nurse practitioner and love my minor classes where I learn about child development. I love to read and love telling stories to the kids. I love special activities and taking them outside to play as well. I’m finding in my classes that this is really important to child development.
