I love the natural curiosity of children as well as their zest for life. I also love to teach. I am a certified teacher. I currently work as an after school tutor for elementary and middle school students. I spent my college years working in daycare centers. My student teaching experience was with third graders. I did substitute teaching for kindergarten through middle school in Austin area before being hired as a first grade teacher at an Austin charter school. I taught for two years but then decided to stay home with my own 3 children to homeschool. They are young adults now. I’m now looking to do some part time work that is meaningful and fulfilling.
