My name is Bene' Vincent. I am a Texas native and I currently live in the Memorial City area. I graduated from Louisiana State University, where I received a Bachelor's in Broadcast Journalism with a double-minor in Physical Theatre and International Studies. I am looking forward to potentially being of assistance to you and your beautiful family! In the meantime, I would love to give you some insight as to why I would be the perfect fit for your family, and a little bit about my previous experience that could be of interest to you. I am very cheerful, always full of energy, hard-working, and very tender and loving. I have worked with children for over 8 years, in various settings from in the classroom, to in home as a babysitter, to more recreational settings like, teaching during summer programs. I am well-versed when it comes to facilitating activities and Read more redirecting poor behavior, when necessary. I am very cultured and so I have a natural desire for being able to expose children to the arts, musical shows, etc. while employed. I grew up as a Girl Scout in my younger years and so nature has always been a deep love of mine as well as simply staying active and living a health lifestyle. I know that with every child, he/she must be handled within their emotional and mental capacity, and I have excelled over the years in being able to do just that. No child is exactly the same, and so all children should be assessed and catered to accordingly. I believe relating to the children you are working around truly matters and allows for there to be a stronger and more intentional level of trust. This doesn't mean, you have to be culturally from the same background, but it does mean that there is an intention on understanding and truly getting to know the children you are working and associating with on a daily basis. Children are like sponges and so they are very impressionable. Being able to be a positive influence, while instilling good morals into the children I work with, is very important to me. I want to be able to know and also witness, that my time with the kids I work with is leaving an impact in a way, that brings the best of each and every child that I encounter. All in all, I am very confident in my abilities, and I am looking forward to speaking to you all further.
