I have cared for children in home settings and in a church setting. I will graduate from Texas Woman's University with a B.S. in Child Development sometime next year. My love for working with children started when I was a young teenager and had the opportunity to help with child care at my church, such as during Vacation Bible School. It is important to me to take the time to get to know each child so that I am able to provide the best care possible. Being patient, warm but firm, kind, and using creativity are areas that I think are very important when it comes to babysitting. And it doesn't hurt to be silly when you get the chance!
