I have been caring for children and providing my services for about 12 years. The first child that I had to care for was autistic. At the age of 2, I taught him the alphabet and I showed him how to identify the signs of math. I also cared for 1-year-old twins overnight. One was diagnosed with down syndrome. I have experience with many kids, especially since helping out at a home day care, working at a private school for after school program, and also being a nanny. I have a 19-month-old daughter who enjoys the company of other children. I attend UHD full time, but my classes are mornings only. I am finishing up my last few classes and getting ready to graduate.
