I am a college student from Texas State University who is currently seeking a job for this summer. I have never worked as an official nanny before but I love watching and playing with children! I have searched for employment in Houston for the summer but most places aren't looking for a seasonal/temporary worker which is why I haven't had luck getting hired anywhere yet. My previous employers are also full on workers as well. Therefore I am trying something new and decided to create a nanny/babysitter profile! At school I am apart of a service based sorority and each week we volunteer at our local philanthropy which is an after school program for kids. We play outside with the kids, help them with their homework, and as volunteers we are someone they can truly look up to! I am a fun, responsible, and hard working individual who has a lot of experience with taking care of children. As a first generation college student who is from a single parent household having a job is very important to me. Being employed as a nanny will give me the opportunity to pay for my school expenses while also doing something I truly love to do, which is care for children!
