Hello moms my name is Victoria and let me briefly explain why I'm the perfect sitter for your child. A little bit about myself ; I'm a 23 year old African American who originates from the Windy City of Chicago. I'm also a member of the LGBT community and I hope that doesn't bother anyone. I definitely know how to keep my personal and business life separate; and I hope that doesn't ruin my chances of being your sitter because I'm a very awesome person .I have been in Houston for 2 years and I love it. I moved here 2 years ago after completing my sophomore year at Indiana State University because I'm still decided on what I want to major in. I'm currently working for the great company of HEB near the galleria area. I'm a high school graduate, I also had the privilege of attending a local Read more career center back home in which I completed early childhood education. The first year of the program was pretty much bookwork learning about different age stages, motor skills, and dealing with children. The 2nd year was definitely hands on with little ones. The 1st part of the year I was a student aide with head start which I loved. I will admit I was a little worried because at that age most kids are still attached to their parents and aren't used to being around so many unfamiliar faces. But it turned out to be very fun, the kids where pretty easy going and very entertaining. In the classroom I pretty much did story time, arts and crafts, and feeding time. The 2nd part of the year I was in a kindergarten class which was super awesome the kids loved me just as much as I loved them. I pretty much helped with everything from helping the teacher come up with curriculum to assisting students with homework. I'm pretty much good with any age group for the fact I'm a very outgoing, happy, people person. I love kids and the energy they bring. Being able to care for a child isn't something that can be taught it all comes from the heart of you ask me.
