I’m a dedicated nanny who’s professional experience with children goes back 6 years. Starting with a 3 month old boy whom I have nannied, and still help out with at almost 7 years old. I have watched kids from the ages of infancy to 13 with many different backgrounds and disabilities. Some of these include cerebral palsy, mild autism, and ADHD. I am passionate about helping kids and find my strong suit in developing independence, confidence and learning to self regulate their emotions. I have multiple techniques to help with the strong emotions that often occur with little ones and have great confidence in implementing them. I have helped to set up schedules for parents to help with the daily struggles of life. I love to teach an abundance of materials from basic knowledge to fine motor skills and even speech development. My style of teaching is definitely gentle and Read more patient. I am always learning though as well new ways to help them thrive. I have a creative mind myself and love to bring out fun engaging activities to explore different areas of interests. I love to help flourish a child’s natural talents and encourage new ones to develop. I also love to cook and don’t mind getting messy with the littles or to teach them a new skill in life. Playing is just as important to me for the child as education is.
