I first started working with children at church in the Child's Room helping out by playing games, taking them to the restroom, and feeding them snacks. Service is normally between 90-120 minutes. The children range from a year old to 10 years old. I was essentially responsible for making sure they participated in activities, and kept them busy with coloring or VeggieTales. During COVID, I helped my cousin by watching her children as she worked. This include keeping them on task in the Zoom classroom, doing activities with them, watching TV, and warming up meals for them to eat. They were 6 and 4 years old. I occasionally played with the 1 year old.
