Hello There! My name is Cierra I’m 25 and recently graduated from college with a Bachelors in Sociology and a minor Communication Disorders. I’m currently a Behavioral Therapist and work with kids from ages 6months-10 years old who are diagnosed with Autism. I love my job however the company I’m currently with can’t offer employees a lot of hours at the moment which is one of the reasons why I’m applying here. The number one reason is my passion and love for kids!
