Hi! My name is Irma and I've been babysitting for over ten years. I grew up in a very tight-knit community that housed many single parents. My mother and a couple of other mothers would take turns caring of the neighborhood kids. I learned to cook, clean, wash laundry, change diapers, disinfect and make bottles at a very young age. Being the daughter of a single mother of four, I decided to do something to help other single parents. So I volunteer to babysit for single parents whose net income is less than $25,000 a year or if they're attending school. I have done this part time since I was 21. Having three sisters and growing up around children has given me unlimited patience and an always growing heart. I love and treat every child like they're my own but also always prioritize parents wishes or concerns. I love to cook, clean, crochet, knit, paint, and do arts and crafts. Children never get bored with me! I am also pursuing a nursing degree but that will take me more than six years to complete and will all be online. My schedule is completely open and I am willing to work flexible hours.
