Jada worked with me for about a month and a half. She did an acceptable job caring for my children and keeping them on schedule. I cannot say that she is phenomenal with children because she is currently a student, she would get irritated with caring for my kids when she had a test or homework, even though this was her job. I allowed her to do her studies in my home as I know how important school is. Maybe working with children is not the perfect job for her. She was able to do the duties and always communicated efficiently. She did quit on me leaving me 48 hours to find someone to replace her. I had asked her previously to at least give me a week, being new to Houston it is not easy to find a replacement babysitter under short notice. I was not given the courtesy, that is amongst my biggest complaint. Overall, I think a part time position where she is not needed as much would suit her best, more of an occasional type of sitter if you will.
