My name is Marisseth, I am a current student at the University of Houston majoring in Psychology. I started having babysitting jobs with my aunts. My aunts would tell me to take care of my cousins and we would play monopoly, I would help them with their homework and we would even solve puzzles together. One of my main priorities as a babysitter is that the kids are well nurtured and they are also having fun. My cousins were around the ages of 6-7 and I also took care of my 1 year old niece several times. I am very experienced with toddlers due to the fact that I helped raise my little brother since he was born. My parents would always have to work late and I would take care of him since he was a baby. My aunt started spreading the word to her friends that if they Read more ever needed a babysitter they should call me. Instantly, I would have a lot of babysitting gigs to go to and I would take care of a lot of kids that taught me a lot. I believe that as a babysitter, I can not only teach the kids a lot from my experiences and learnings throughout school but I can also learn a lot from their imagination and creative thoughts.
